Proof-of-concept terms

A one-time challenge, not a subscription.

These draft terms are included to make the proof of concept structurally complete. They are not a substitute for review by counsel and must be customized before public sale.

Founding challenge

The displayed $1 offer is intended to provide 30 days of digital access beginning when payment is completed. It does not automatically renew. Access is associated with the browser and device used in this proof of concept unless a later version adds an account system.

Educational use

Content is offered for general education and entertainment. It may contain errors and should not be relied on as medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

Because this is an experimental service, content, topics, features, and availability may change. The operator should provide either the purchased digital access or a reasonable refund when a technical failure prevents access.

Refunds and support

Before launch, insert a working support email and a simple refund policy. For a $1 proof of concept, a no-friction refund upon request is the most practical customer experience.

Intellectual property
